Valley Arts and Media – New Working Group!

Summer 2008. We’ve decided to create a new working group.
The “Valley Arts and Media” working group.
Any Valley resident who is an artist or media maker, and is interested in joining our working group, please contact Rob Williams at rob.williams@madriver.com or call 279.3364.
I would love to be part of the Arts & Media Group in my roles as both the coordinator of the Vermont Festival of the Arts/Valley Arts Foundation and the publisher of the 4-Season Guide. The Vermont Festival of the Arts is already an ‘umbrella’ for most of the arts events that happen in the valley in August, and has the capacity to create more networking throughout the year.
We are currently working towards securing a space in the Village Square Shopping Center (old no-wirz space) that has the bonus of being available year-round for a variety of exhibits, presentations and small workshops. I would love to hear from anyone who would like to see this realized— we have a couple of hurdles to jump over!
