Land Bank

The Valley Lank Bank Group’s mission is to determine the feasibility of implementing (and then implement) a land bank to facilitate work force / affordable housing. The Mad River Valley Housing Coalition has adopted this project.  Currently, the MRVHC is working with a draft proposal and resolving the key issues to  determine feasibility.

Initiatives

  • The MRVHC is developing a draft Work Plan and Policy and Procedures document.
  • The MRVHC and MRVPD developed a guide to creating and renting accessory apartments in the Mad River Valley.
